UNIQ DELIVERS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

b. **Pricing:** Prices for products are set by the respective vendors and are displayed in the App. UNIQ DELIVERS may add service fees, delivery charges, and applicable taxes to your order total. These will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
c. **Payment:** All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize UNIQ DELIVERS or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
d. **Delivery Times:** Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, vendor preparation times, and delivery driver availability.
e. **Delivery Acceptance:** You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address. If a delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or refusal to accept, you may still be charged for the order, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
f. **Order Changes and Cancellations:** Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may be limited. Refer to the App's specific cancellation policy for details, which may vary depending on the vendor and type of product.

b. **Refunds and Replacements:** Refund or replacement policies are subject to the individual vendor's policies and applicable consumer protection laws. UNIQ DELIVERS will assist in facilitating communication between you and the vendor regarding such issues. For perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, fresh meat), claims for refunds or replacements must typically be made within a short timeframe after delivery (e.g., within 2 hours of delivery).
c. **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:** It is your responsibility to review product descriptions and communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions directly with the vendor if necessary. UNIQ DELIVERS does not guarantee that products are free from allergens.

### 6. Parcel Delivery Specifics
a. **Permitted Items:** Only legally permissible items that comply with all applicable laws and regulations can be sent via parcel delivery. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: explosives, firearms, hazardous materials, illegal drugs, live animals, perishable goods that require refrigeration (unless explicitly agreed upon), valuable documents (e.g., passports, legal papers), cash, and fragile items not adequately packaged.
b. **Packaging:** You are solely responsible for adequately packaging your parcel to ensure its safe transportation. UNIQ DELIVERS and its delivery partners will not be liable for damage resulting from insufficient packaging.
c. **Weight and Size Restrictions:** Parcels are subject to weight and size limitations as specified in the App. Exceeding these limits may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIQ DELIVERS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP OR SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
